Sarah Stephenson
Biography
Sarah Stephenson is the founder of Seeing Things Differently, where she works with professionals navigating significant shifts in work, identity and direction – particularly when nothing is visibly wrong, but something no longer feels fully right.
Her work explores how voice, belonging and legitimacy are shaped within systems, and how access and inclusion are experienced in practice, not just intention. Drawing on her background in equality and inclusion, Sarah brings a system-aware lens to questions of dignity, identity and lived experience, with a particular interest in what happens when systems fail to account for people living at the intersections.
