Meet the Speakers
Our speakers were the heartbeat of Intersectionality Awareness Week 2026. Without them, the event simply would not have happened. They generously shared their lived experiences, expertise, and platforms to amplify intersectional voices and drive real conversations about change. We were honoured to have had them with us.

Volunteers
The team behind Intersectionality Awareness Week 2026 were all volunteers from ParaPride, a charity dedicated to the empowerment and inclusion of disabled LGBTQIA+ people. They gave their time, expertise, and passion freely because they believe intersectional communities deserve a dedicated space to be heard. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did.

Get involved
Intersectionality Awareness Week is, the beginning of a global cultural shift away from diversity and inclusion frameworks that focus on single aspects of identity, and towards a more holistic, compassionate, and open understanding of the people around us.
